We are a Christ-centered, orphan care non-profit ministry founded in 1998. Our founder, Jayme Metzgar, had spent a year in Romania working alongside Corina Caba, a Romanian national with a ministry to abandoned babies. From that relationship, Jayme started Romania Reborn to be the long-term support for Corina and her staff, as they placed children into forever families. Through this partnership, over 400 adoptions have happened in Romania, and Corina has become a national leader in the field of orphan care.

In 2007 we hired our first full-time Executive Director, Christian Lino, who continued to carry out our core belief that every child belongs in a loving family. Since then, we have grown into an ever-expanding team of both Romanians and Americans.
